Jefferson and Glendale Springs are located in Ashe County,
North Carolina in the ancient New River basin, an American
Heritage River. The Blue Ridge Parkway is nearby and offers

Established in 1799 by the North Carolina General Assembly,
Jefferson NC is the seat of Ashe County. In the late 1800s
Glendale Springs became a favorite destination for those
